I called your Garden Grove California location 714-663-**** and spoke with Melissa. I requested call ahead seating and she stated their location "does not offer " this option. I asked for same day seating for party of 13 and asked best way to walk in. She was focusing on what they COULD NOT DO vs. how they could accommodate my large party. In fact stated "oh no we do not have the man power" for a party of 13 - that large. OK thank you my family WILL NOT be coming back to this location and were not helpful at all. Very DISSAPOINTING since its my dad's 78th birthday and wanted to dine at this location. BIF FAIL OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE , shame on YOUR EMPLOYEES - specifically MELISSA!
