Goods arrived in very poor packaging

My wallpaper arrived in open and damaged packaging, one box had wrong address on it, just got delivered to me by chance. Called customer service, sent pics, not real response, could not careless. Customer service team based in Indian call centre. Went to the local store, not interested told me to call customer services. Then one wallpaper was supposed to arrive within 7-12 days, still not arrived, 16 days have passed, don't know when it's coming. Different story every time I call customer service, I have spent over a £1000 on wallpaper then have crap customer service is a joke. User's recommendation: Dnot buy any thing very expensive from Homebase.
