I never received my pillow. FedEx says they delivered my pillow 1-31-2021, but I never rec’d my pillow. FedEx said the shipper has to make a claim on the product since I never received the package.

I want to know what you are going to do about this? I paid for a pillow I never got. I did get an email from My pillow Customer Service Jolene H saying the product was delivered. I am so angry I paid for something I never rec'd Elaine Peterson 781-592-**** User's recommendation: At this point I cannot recommend you as I did not get my product. A medium firm my pillow.
