They been charging me more than I need to be charged on my card I’m pissed

For my son's birthday and my daughter-in-law's birthday I bought them a membership on my card my bank card from regions Bank and pay through yearly fee which is $39 and just this month they charged me $23 four times within 4 days so I need my money back the only charge you should be charging me every month Thea Blalock
