I have not heard back from corporate regarding my refund

I called the corporate headquarters to discuss the issues my fiancé had encounters at the local club regarding a cancellation fee that was assessed to him for a membership that was only two weeks and had to cancel due to the fact that that particular location changed their hours since they werent making money. Maya at headquarters stated that someone would give us a call within 1-3 business days and it has since been almost 2 weeks and Ive heard nothing from the company. I am extremely upset because I havent heard anything from anyone User's recommendation: Not likely due to this entire experience.
