Not happy about my orders

The top is tiny would fit a teenager. I have been emailing for weeks now. They respond then say are you happy. I say no and they say speak to an agent. Another email back are you happy with your response. It's a merry-go-round. The top was actually posted in the UK but run by China so would not touch it again be warned. User's recommendation: Rubbish.
