I ordered a necklace in honor of my cousin. It came to me flawed. Teezily send no return envelope. I should be able to return it or get a refund. I have since then ordered 4 more and each time I order the quality and visual words you can barely see. I also did one for a friend which was poor quality! Each time I ordered it keeps getting worse! Im so done with this company! I just want a refund for the last 2 orders. I hope you can help me. Here are the order numbers for them. #OIR52A2 #O-1851j User's recommendation: Save yourself the trouble and do not order from this company. They take advantage of peoples memory by producing poor quality merchandise.
