I bought the Bowflex treadmill 22 and had it assembled and installed yesterday. It has not worked for one second. Called customer service several times and they either wont answer or some rude lady would do but proffer no solution. I cant download the jrny app on a treadmill that was just released last month? The app is not compatible or optimized for the device. A big shame. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM BOWFLEX. THEY ARE EXTREMELY HORRIBLE.
