My bike needed a part replaced and I have been trying to get it since March. We are in August I finally get the correct part they had sent the incorrect par twice and first time it was malfunctioning part. Now when i call for the technician to come out again they want to charge me. IT is RIDICULOUS. They take forever to send the parts and then the wrong one at that and now they want to charge. Reconsider another BIKE! customer service is horrible! customer ser User's recommendation: reconsider bowflex.
