Delay after delay

Too many delays. Because of their mistake, it took 7 months to get all my windows installed. I asked for a discount but got none. I was promised a gift card. Did not happen. When the last window was finally done, they wanted payment right then. I asked if I could delay it 7 months like they did. Crickets. User's recommendation: NO WAY.
