I have worst experience with your customer service staff name Mohd Azlan...i asked normal question regarding my overseas shipment dont have Jnt tracking number...he simply answer ask seller for tracking number...its oversea shipping...how come seller will provide local tracking number...then he accused me used offensive language...what kind customer service attitude like this?not professional services to help customers...so frustrated with your service... please take action with this kind staff not professional at all
