Update by user Jul 28, 2021 No response from THP Original review posted by user Jul 28, 2021 Because of no service, I wrote to cancel my contract. I sent THP a letter and also emailed THP my complaint and why I want the remainder of my contract to be refunded June 16, 2021. This is the second time they let me down, they told me I had to get my own repair person for my Garage door in February 2021. I need repair on a leaking kitchen sink. I waited about 2 weeks before I called to find out when they would come, was told I would have to get my own plumber. They would talk to plumber to authorize the repair. Could never get anyone to do the Authorize anything or call back. Will I still needed to be fixed. So I had no choice but to get it fixed. Very let down with THP. I had them for 13 years with my condo from 2004 to 2017 and loved them! What happen with their service???
