They sent confirmation emails to an email account that (admittedly) is mine, however has never been associated with Gumroad. I was also initially unable to access the products I purchased on Gumroad, though I was able to figure out how to access them and that portion of my complaint can be reduced to insufficient explanation and lack of consistency rather than failure to provide goods and services. User's recommendation: Make sure you get your confirmation emails, otherwise you might not be able to access your purchase.
