Debit wrong day

I have tried numerous times to chat with customer support about my debit date being wrong. It says my debit date will be on Thursday April 15th because thats when my check deposit will be. Since starting this application my check deposit date is always on a Friday. I have sent several pay stubs, bank statements, payroll calendar with the dates stating fridays. No one will adjust or fix this issue. So they say wait until the after the 15th and we will adjust it. So now I have to wait for my bank to be overdrawn for anything to be done. This is crazy to me. Every debit you have ever taken has been on a Friday for some reason there is a problem with my account every week. Now all of a sudden I wake up and it just changes the debit cycle date. How does that even work. So now I want to know who will be paying my over draft fees and making it right with my bank since I have never been overdrawn on my account the whole time I have owned it. It says give you two business days heads up if there is a problem. Well its been three and nothing. User's recommendation: Don’t use earnin.
