I called them today to find out why they are still taking money from my account even though it was ordered that all student loans are stopped until 9/30/2021. This is what I was told; " any loans before 2010 are not included in this package." So only those newer loans are the ones being given this privilege at this time. The lack of compassion is less than zero from the customer service reps and just sends you and email to consolidate whatever balance you have and then you "might" be qualified and that's only after 30 days processing of the application: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY User's recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM THEM TO PROTECT YOURSELF IN THE FUTURE.
