I signed up for Dropbox trial - free month. Then a Box next to it said complete for future subscription. This was on my bizfirst account. I mistakenly put in my g-mail id. They then reverted back to the beginning, so I completed that again. They billed me for one month personal 12.74. What I want is one account, the trial free and for it only to go through my bizfirst account, NOT G-MAIL. It would take two minutes to straighten out if a real person would address this. User's recommendation: Be careful on the pop up sales pitches. Be aware that there is little support for issues.
