Viasat double charged me in June 2021. They then said I didn't pay my bill at all and turned off our internet late June? Forcing us to pay again.( we love remote in Washington state and have no choice if we want to use our phones etc) so, I've contacted my bank. The manager from the fraud department called Viasat with me on 3way calling. The representative DID NOT LISTEN to what she or I was saying. I have proof I've paid (twice now 3 times) Its been 2 months with no resolution. The customer service they offer is absolutely ridiculous. No help. User's recommendation: Do NOT go with Viasat. Don't do it.
