Well of course I was unable to talk to anybody because I do not have my account number because the job that I started working for are the ones that had the internet service put into my house my problem I'm having is I'm not getting Wi-Fi anywhere in my house but in the room it's in, and I need somebody to come out here and get this fixed, or I need it canceled because this Wi-Fi sucks, so I need to talk to somebody unfortunately I don't know my account number and the phone number I have is not the phone number that my past job gave you all, so I would really appreciate if somebody can call me at 256-288-****, so I can get this resolved, or I will be disconnecting this internet do
