Saturday I talked to a representative that hung up on me I didn't get his name after being on hold for like 20 minutes. I called back and got Anna she explained that there was no supervisor available and she would like to help me. The problem is is they overcharge me and they ran my card without my permission. I want somebody to get back with me but nobody has bothered to do it She never called back and neither did anyone else in the meantime they're sending me messages on my email saying that my card is declined because they're trying to run it multiple times and threatening to turn off my service which isn't working very well by the way and I just want somebody to talk tot use themdont tntdo
