Problem with account & connection

Hello, I have two problems. 1. My account email has never been correct. My email is the one I sent this to you with. Because of this I can't access MyViasat or change my password on the account. 2. The service here is not what it should be for the amount of money spent on service each month. Very slow load times, poor connection strength. Maybe the dish is out of line with satellite as we have had a few windy storms. Any help you can provide will be appreciated. Thanks, Julie Frandsen User's recommendation: Only in certain areas.
