Terrible internet provider

As others have said... All they care about is the monthly bill... I had a bad modem and for the past 4 months have had terrible service but yet they would not send a technician here and when they did... He brought a used modem that didn't work either... Fast forward another month I did finally get a good modem but then they turned off my service... Called them and they wanted $150 reconnect fee and schedule for another installation and I had to send the brand new modem back via mail... NOTE: for the past 4 months I have been paying full price but did not have internet!!!!! Stay away from this company! Harry Uzzle User's recommendation: Do NOT use this company.
