These *** claim that since they are transitioning to working at home, they are shutting down the phone lines. Good luck getting a response back if you email them. You would think they would be happy to have someone attempt to pay off the balance they have with afterpay. Apparently that is not the case. User's recommendation: Use another service besides afterpay and save yourself the headache.
