App not working

Cant play on my tv and havent been able to for months. So if you cant help me refund my money. This is the second time this crap has happened. First time at least I could get someone on the phone. Not it this crap. You automatically bill me every month for something I cant watch. User's recommendation: Buyer be wear!!!
