I have been trying to make a payment online for 2 days and it is saying it is down for maintenance. I called your phone numbers and I cannot give a live person to pay. It disconnects the call. I am so frustrated with your service. My payment is due tomorrow and I do not want to be late. Your recording on your phone is giving out inaccurate information. It is saying the payments can be made online while maintenance is being done. YOU SHOULD NOT BE TELLING YOUR CUSTOMERS THEY CAN PAY ONLINE WHEN THEY CAN'T!!!! I am so dissatisfied with your customer service. You should not charge me a late fee if you cannot accommodate me trying to make my payment on time. What am I to do since you won't speak to me?????
