I have no problem with the paper but just wanted an answer to a question. When calling customer service, there is no option for a human. My question: i get both a hard copy and the eedition of the paper. The extra articles in the eedition are not part of the hard copy. Occasionally, I will want to share an article with a friend who is not a subscriber. The times I have tried this, the friend cannot pull up the article. Is my only option to print the article and give it to my friend whenever I see them again? There has to be a better way.
