THIS IS A SCAM! I have emailed SEVERAL complaints to cancel my membership and no one ever responds. I will be reporting to have this site shut down! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO RESPONSES. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU AND WON'T CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP OR REMOVE MY CARDS. User's recommendation: Use chegg.com they are 1000x better with better customer service and great solutions.
