Error on game

Certain game modes I cant play even thought I have Xbox live, Ive had Xbox live for years and been able to play what I wanted to until about last week. I even stopped playing 2k for about a week because of it and just today July 19 I tried to give it another try but the same thing is happening. Please communicate with me when u can. Thanks
