Im am writing this complaint because not only did I have to pay for my towing they didnt reimburse me all of my money and I dont think that is fair at all. If I pay for it I should get all of it back its only fair. Plus I cant get in contact with the people at t he Minden branch Everytime I call up there. I dislike the service and the way they I pay my insurance on time every month. And I cant get back in return for what I paid for!!!! User's recommendation: Don’t go.
