My complaint was fixed by the movie theater. What needs to be fixed is a better way to talk to a human being working customer service for Fandango. Never had any complaint about Fandango until now. The theater had some kind of issue. My tickets were for 12 pm. Theater was closed until 4pm. Couldn't reach anyone by phone. Fandango, Newport Theater until I went in person 3 days later. Gave me tickets for upcoming Saturday. This experience alone has me rethinking using Fandango in the future.
