I've used their urine removal and stain removal products on my carpet and like it very much it's usually from accidents from dogs and cats, and it seems to do a superb job. The only problem is they don't send you enough of the planet urine number one that is the pre-stain liquid, but overall I would highly recommend this product. It does take more than one application sometimes, but it seems to really do a good job at removing it. User's recommendation: Purchase this is others have failed.
