Please help me to return 5 articles so I can order new ones with the refunds. I need a returnlabel and guarantee of refund, as Floryday claims on the site. 'Carefree returning' is a joke! After spending 4 days in trying, even with help of others, still getting nowhere! User's recommendation: Products are as expected. Service is most certainly Not!
