Trying to Return an Item

I am trying to return an item but cannot move on with my account !!! Very difficult to get to you but hopefully I have now What do I need to do ? User's recommendation: If you can’t return an item or at least they make it very difficult too !!! Still not heard iff then out of the 14 day return now I would think twice buying off them.
