I need to speak to someone who can replace my mattress that was burned due to using the heat element for the mattresses it burned a dime-sized hole in the mattress so I want another mattress I complain in the fall when the campsite shut down but I was told to bring the mattress in but we had already shut the RV for the year and was told when we reopen to bring it in but I no longer have the gentleman's name whom I spoke with I cannot take pictures right now of the mattress until we go back up to the RV site on Friday
