I was signing up, to see what this website offers. And I added my debit card, and it charged me 45.00 for a "Special Phone Number inmate account" I only had 100$ and now I can't even figure out how to use it or if it's eligible for my inmate. I've tried calling, I've tried emailing, I just want the account and refund. It's currently "pending" on my cashapp, but it still charged me. And it can be canceled I just don't know how to do it... any suggestions y'all User's recommendation: DO NOT SIGN UP OR ADD CARD.
