Fake Tim reward points in advertisements with Mobil apps

Hi there ! Im a fan of Tim Hortons , I passed there and bought my breakfast almost 3 to 4 times a week , and today I had a very bad experiences, I saw the advertisements in my Tim s mobile app (Order salted caramel iced cappuccino will get 140 rewards points) then I ordered it , but the reward points I received is only 10 , so it missing 130 points , it seem like you guy making joke with me , Im really disappointed, please solve the problem for me , my Tim reward card number is P3YL-MRNE-198K
