Impossible to schedule a delivery

I bought some furniture from a manufacturer that used Saia for delivery. The problem is that I am required to call them to schedule the delivery. Their automated system will not accept my specific zip code input, t says they can't recognize the number. I get transferred to another line that tells me they are experiencing "system problems" and to try later.This has gone on for a week-I can't get hold of a real person.
