Customer Service with repairs and extended warranty

Purchased washing machine June 2019, now not working. On the phone all morning, 3 hours, talking to your customer service department, warranty department, protection warranty department only to be told over and over, that it will take 2 WEEKS to fix my washing machine. AND, if I have another company fix my machine my warranty is void. I held on the phone for 45 minutes with the warranty department to get an authorization approval to have someone else fix my machine and NOT void my warranty by some idiot who didn't speak English very well, and then disconnected me. I have a company coming out tomorrow to fix my washing machine. WHO IN THE WORLD CAN GO WITHOUT A WASHING MACHINE FOR 2 BLASTED WEEKS! User's recommendation: Do not step foot in any Brandsmart store if you want to remain happy.
