I have had a Citi Costco card for quite some time. Never missed a payment and have always paid 10X the minimum due. For being a good customer, They will lower your limit, which affects and damages your credit score. Especially when they lower it to max out your card. We use it for business, so it shows quite often as a high balance even though it gets paid down. Terrible customer service. User's recommendation: Be careful, Citi bank can damage your credit reputation.
