The parcel is still missing.
Parcel was not delivered by Hermes and is still missing. The buyer left a bad review on my account even though what as happened is out of my control. I am upset about what as happened and apologised to the buyer for the loss of the parcel. Please can you look in to this. I have tried to contact Hermes with no avail. I have asked the buyer to kindly take off the review as I was not blaming her. I really need someone to look in to this, can someone get back to me please. The buyer hasn
