I have waited 12 days for a significant refund of £1080.70 . Your customer suppprt is archaic and insufficient to deal with these issues with sporadic messages given Avery 25 hours and no contact number. I have called my bank and mangopay who have given me proof they refunded the money back to you and therefore it is you thats holding onto the funds . This is dishonest and unprofessional after making millions of your sellers and buyers
