I have to show my driver's license and bank card to put money into Chase Bank or take money out. However, anyone can take money out over the internet without showing any identification whatsoever. This is not good banking. I was a preferred customer before this terrible thing happened to me and my wife, who have worked hard all of our life. We trusted Case bank who we have had for many years to take care of our money User's recommendation: Pick another bank besides Chase bank. They will tell you to go to another bank once they have you money like they told us to do.
