Cannot Cancel an Add on Service

I have been trying to remove the Device Protection Add On ($45 a month) from all my lines since June 16th. Each time I attempt to remove it, the following message comes up We encountered an error while processing your request. Please try again later. I am very tired of trying to fix this. Someone needs to fix this TODAY and stop trying to bill me for it. User's recommendation: I have heard nothing back after about a week after posting here. I guess they just do not care enough about their customers.
