Why do you have to get pissed & frustrated in order to get what you were promised initially. I received my product but the lack of there customer service representatives inability to track down my item, I had to. They told me to file claim with Fed X when I tracked it down I told them it was in there warehouse.Theres simply no reason for a customer to have to go through all this hassle. Getting Pissed sometimes helps!
