Update by user Jun 13, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Original review posted by user May 10, 2021 bought vaccum cleaner from Targe nov 11, 2020 need to file claim via allstate which paid for at time of purchase. Allstate claims need to go back to manufacturer to fiel claim? WHY BUY INSURANCE THAT IS NO GOOD!!!DO NOTDO N OT User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE FOR ITEMS BOUGHT.
