I was transacting with the prc last april 26, 2021 and i paid the amount of 225 pesos for authentication of my prc rating and identification card through paymaya service but it was rejected by prc when i was there to consummate my purpose since i was failed to choose the correct transaction which i intended to take, instead of choosing the authentication of board rating and identification card, i wrongfully selected the transaction other than my purpose and intent to obtain. In this instance, i am asking for reimbursement of the money which i paid because it was not credited for that very purpose.. .
