November 22, 2019 Good Day Management, I can’t begin to imagine how your company can hold their heads up and not feel any remorse at all regarding the rates you charge your customers. It is appalling to charged $289.00 for a half hour service call that amounted to relighting the gas water heater. I have checked with other plumbers and their rate range is $125.00. He must have felt guilty as he did give my 88 year old mother a $50.00 discount. Even with that it is still unacceptable. She is an active member of her community and she will be sure to share with others that this is not the company to deal with even if you’re not on a FIXED income.
