Money dispute

Hi. I recently transferred my Php 5126.00 from my paymaya account to my bpi online account and when I cheked my bpi, the money was not there! please help me fix this now. User's recommendation: be careful when doing transactions with paymaya. I believe in paymaya so much and i do my online bills payments here. But with the recent dispute, I am disappointed. I want my money back!!!
