This is second time i purchase something online from zara First time they send faulty product second time they send wrong product ..one of shoe is 41 and second one is 42 .. they are not checking quality properly and now they are not initiate refund Very bad experience Order number is. 》 Zara’s customer care services are very poor . Their calling is not available and chat services are evn worse by luck if u find someone on chat to help u , they will just close the chat .
