On Trac and Zara are the worst relationship that were happened. I want my money back. I want free gift cards for my pain suffering out of respect. My package ADRESS was wrong because of On Trac and I believe Zaras online guess pass to order. Zara did not email me about this and On Trac says they never sent the email to correct my address. My cousin shops here all the time and she says On Trac is the worst.
