I want my money dispute, has gone on for weeks

First company had not changed address, that went on for year and half. Then acct hacked, tried to get taken care of. Different answer as go getting money credit. Time took to get new card, time advised would take, haha stil not done, no call back. Just passed from one person to next User's recommendation: get every thing in writing and reps name.
